We participated as a ‘qualified supplier‘ in the two-day event that GPV, a global player in services for the electronics industry (EMS), dedicated to its main partners at its Munich headquarters. These were intense moments of dialogue and alignment. In fact, the two days were fundamental steps for GPV’s strategy, based on strategic partnership and collaboration to generate effective solutions. As GPV CEO Bo Lybaek, who attended together with the entire top management, emphasised, the keyword was #together, with the aim of “growing our business together with our partners, customers and suppliers”.
Furthermore, Stamplast was among the few Italian companies present at the event, which involved companies from 24 countries. GPV’s leadership, combined with the level of content and our ‘representing’ made in Italy were reasons for great pride and inspiration for the Stamplast delegates. Piergiorgio Salvati representing the board of directors, and Debora Del Monego, sales manager, participated in the two days with GPV.
Sustainability was one of the central themes of the event. GPV reiterated how environmental issues are at the heart of its strategies. The commitment in terms of ESG, i.e. the combination of social, environmental, and governance aspects, is geared towards generating a positive impact not only on the environment but on society as well.
The alignment of the entire supply chain around these objectives is crucial. Stamplast has long since embarked on a journey to make its own concrete contribution, as demonstrated by the work done to calculate our carbon footprint.
Unquestionably, knowing in detail the targets that global partners like GPV aim to exceed in the coming years is very important for Stamplast’s management and strategic plans. This awareness will allow us to set measurable goals and ambitions for our company as well, ensuring maximum cooperation with our partners.
