Stamplast is proud to announce the inauguration of a state-of-the-art new ISO 8 clean room at our Luni plant, reinforcing our commitment to high-precision manufacturing and stringent quality standards. Designed to meet the most demanding industry requirements, this new facility enhances our ability to produce and assemble components in a controlled environment, ensuring superior cleanliness and precision.

A Cutting-Edge Facility for Advanced Manufacturing

The clean room is housed within a self-supporting structure, meticulously engineered to maintain controlled conditions across two distinct production areas:

1. Molding Area (135 m²) – Precision Under Controlled Conditions

Equipped with three injection molding presses (10 Ton, 90 Ton, and 110 Ton), this section ensures consistent environmental control with:

  • Cooling Unit (UDR) for precise temperature regulation
  • Textile ducts for optimized air distribution
  • Stainless steel infrastructure for advanced technological systems
  • Double-door entry to maintain contamination control

2. Assembly and Finishing Area (103 m²) – Precision and Quality Assurance

Designed for assembly, quality control, and finishing processes, this area integrates:

  • Conditioning & Humidification Unit (UDC) for temperature, pressure, and humidity control
  • FFU (Fan Filter Units) with HEPA filters ensuring high air purity
  • Dedicated workstations for:
    • Ultrasonic welding of plastic components
    • Pad printing (tampography)
    • Assembly, quality control, and product testing
  • Double-door access for safe entry of machinery and products
  • Dedicated changing and sanitation area for operators, technicians, and visitors
