We have signed a partnership with Ca’ Foscari University Venice in order to develop initiatives of research and innovation regarding environmental sustainability.
The two main topics that researchers and the company staff will be working on are:
- The evaluation through strict methods and at a systematic level of the actual environmental footprint of Stamplast, aimed at planning the sustainable development of the company in the next few years
- The analysis and testing of innovative plastics to offer its partners solutions for the plastic molding process with a low environmental impact.

The Scientific Campus at Ca’ Foscari, leading university in research on sustainability
With the support of the service Promoting Innovation and Knowledge (PInK), Ca’ Foscari has organised two research groups specialized on these topics, coordinated by Professor Elena Semenzin and Professor Pietro Riello. To set up the partnership, the university team has already visited the facilities of Stamplast in San Gregorio Nelle Alpi (BL).
“Working for sustainable growth of the company is one of our strategic goals. – says Piero Casagrande, CEO of Stamplast – To achieve it, we have chosen Ca’ Foscari as a scientific partner; there was a mutual tune right from the beginning. We are in for an ambitious path to reach the environmental sustainability, in which we are considering the involvement of both suppliers and customers.”
