We are masters in mould construction
At the base of the production of plastics there is the mould. Mounted on injection moulding machines, it gives shape to the projects we develop with our customers and maintains over time the ability to faithfully reproduce plastic parts. In the production of moulds for plastics, a combination of cutting-edge technologies and the expertise of our ‘masters’, specialists capable of achieving perfection in the various phases, is necessary.
How is the plastic moulded?
Injection moulding is a manufacturing process used to make plastic parts by injecting a casting of material into a mould for plastics. Stamplast uses latest generation moulding machines, sensors, manipulators and robotic arms to pack the printed parts with speed and precision. Stamplast deploys a team of automated and advanced moulding machines for plastics.

The moulding machines of our clean room, a controlled contamination laboratory, produce high quality and safe plastic products suitable for the medical and cosmetic sector. In addition to injection moulding, in the production facility dedicated to these special processes we carry out finishing, assembly and testing.
