Stamplast, established
in 1989. Years of experience by the owner in the mould-making
sector lay behind this decision. Today STAMPLAST offers
a complete service going from the study and design
of the of the mould to its fabrication, through to
the actual moulding of the part with testing and,
upon request, pad printing. All the work is carried
out in the same facility under the firm's direct control,
with the guarantee and certainty of offering a good
product in terms of quality and costs plus punctual
delivery.
The technical office is the heart of our firm since
it is the first stage in the production process. It
also has the task of exchanging technical information
with the customer. The office is fully independent
with regard to design management and can produce the
working drawings for our activities with information
taken from any type of medium. Thanks to the well-proven
experience of our staff we offer effective, innovative
technical solutions for constantly excellent results.
Fabricated by highly specialised personnel using state-of-the-art
machines, our moulds are optimised according to the
production stress they must withstand, thereby fully
satisfying product development and guaranteeing long-lasting
production.
The moulds undergo in-house
testing and upon customer request may be kept for
the relative production. Created to "try out" the
fabricated moulds, the moulding department today has
modern automated presses with production cycles covering
several shifts. We also carry out moulding with equipment
supplied by third parties, who rely on that technical
back-up provided by our knowledge as a producer of
moulds. That is why various manufactures operating
on an international scale have chosen STAMPLAST as
a stable partner.
In the effort to meet increasingly shorter production
times and at the same time limit finisched product
cost, our production chain is completed with a pad
printing service. Management of the graphics allows
us to the customer tested and ready for use.
We make small to medium size moulds designed to
produce parts for many different sectors, such
as:
automobiles, electrical household appliances, electrical
and electronic goods.
The creation of details moulded in a single cycle
using two or three compatible materials is one of
the technological innovations in the thermoplastic
materials sector. Stamplast has been successfully
using this technology for some time and is therefore
able to offer the customer not only the creation of
moulds and relative moulding, but also appropriate
suggestions at the product development phase aimed
at optimising the production cycles and the related
costs.
